Antique Rare Japanese meiji Lacquer panel Item # 2788 Rare Japanese meiji Lacquer panel, This rare "meiji Lacquer panel" depicts flowers in a flower vase with birds and bees flying all around and a pheasant depicted on a Japanese scroll. The impeccable workmanship in this panel was executed by a master from the meiji period. The workmanship is as good as any item in the book "Splendors of the meiji period". This lacquer panel measures 24 inches high by 17 and three quarters inches wide and seven eighths inches deep. Condition. Excellent with just a couple very small line cracks. Imari porcelain lamp with brass base Item # 4818 Imari porcelain lamp with brass base. This Japanese Imari vase was made into a beautiful lamp with custom shade. The vase measures 7 inches in diam. 10 inches to the outside of the handles. The height to the top of the finial is 27 and three quarter inches and to the to of the cap is 15 and one half inches. Early Japanese bronze covered hand warmer Item # 2722 Early Japanese bronze covered hand warmer,"Japanese hand warmer" this 19th century Japanese bronze hand warmer has a very heavy brass handle with a hand pierce carved cover. The workmanship in this"hand warmer" is superb. There are some small surface use marks here and there but it is in great condition. The top of this wonderful Japanese hand warmer is all hand cut which must have take for ever to do. This antique piece measures 5 and one half inches high, nine inches across with a 7 and one quarter inch by 2 and one half inch cover. Antique Japanese sculpture Articulated Metal La Langouste signed by Myochin Tsuneo Item # 2759 Antique Articulated Metal La Langouste signed by Myochin Tsuneo, "Myochin Tsuneo". "Japanese Metal Sculpture" by Japanese artist Myochin Tsuneo, born 1882, Died 1940. Excellent condition in original wooden box, signed. The La "Langouste" is signed under the tail flap, and is clearly marked, which can be seen in one of the thumbnail images.The original box measures 19 and one half inches long by 3 and three quarter inches high and is 8 and thre eighths inches wide. The metal La Langouste sculpture measures 18 inches from curled tail to extended antennae. The body measures 7 inches long and is 4 and one half inches wide.
